1. Farm selection & sowing

We partner with experienced farmers from the fertile terai regions. Soil testing, seed quality checks, and sustainable practices begin here.

2. Natural cultivation

Our farmers use traditional knowledge combined with modern irrigation. No excessive chemicals – just the right balance of water and organic nutrients.

3. Harvesting at peak

We harvest at precise maturity when the grains are richest in aroma and texture. Mostly hand-picked to preserve integrity.

4. Drying & storage

Sun-dried on large clean yards, then stored in aerated silos. Moisture content is strictly controlled to prevent spoilage.

5. Milling & polishing

State-of-the-art mills remove husk gently. Depending on variety (silky, jeera, katarni) we apply just the right polishing for shine and nutrition.

6. 7-point quality check

Every batch undergoes lab tests for purity, broken ratio, aroma, and taste. Only after passing 7 checks it’s approved for packing.

7. Hygienic packaging

Rice is packed in food-grade bags (25kg, 30kg, 50kg) with proper sealing. Each bag carries batch number and date.

8. Nationwide delivery

From our warehouse in Bhairahawa, we dispatch to all 77 districts. Our logistics partners ensure timely, safe delivery.
